As of 01/01/22, all patients that are uninsured or opting to self-pay for services, and will be beginning a new course of care, have the right to a Good Faith Estimate. This is in keeping with the No Surprise Act and will provide a general overview of the cost you are likely to incur throughout your course of care. We are in-network with BCBS PPO and Aetna PPO. Please be sure to let us know if you will be paying for your care out of pocket so we can provide you with an estimate prior to your first appointment.

New Patient Examination

I specialize in helping patients overcome persistent pain and complex presentations. I will preform a comprehensive evaluation specific to your challenges followed by a custom treatment plan. I will utilize the best non-invasive therapies to help you overcome pain and restore movement.

Existing Patient Appointment

This is a continuation of care that was laid out to you at your report of findings. We will be utilizing non-invasive treatments that can consist of chiropractic, acupuncture, cupping, soft tissue therapy, rehabilitation exercises, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilizations, etc.

My name is Dr. Samantha Szyska. A little bit about me is that I was born and raised on the Northside. I went to Resurrection High School, DePauw University and then Logan College of Chiropractic. I have a passion for helping people overcome their disabilities. I look at every person individually and through history, through examination/neurological/orthopedic/movement screens I come up with a diagnosis and a personalized treatment plan that is geared towards fulfilling your goals. ​ I am a licensed Chiropractic Physician who is certified in and practices the following techniques Diversified, BirthFit, Acupuncture, Webster Technique, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Method, GRIP Approach, Activator and DNS.
